About The Position

As a self-driven individual, you will take ownership of your performance and be eager to make money. You will undergo a one-week training program to absorb essential information and continue to develop your knowledge thereafter. Your role will involve taking appointments and assisting homeowners in solving their problems, focusing on custom, locally made cabinetry across various areas of the home, excluding kitchens. This is a full-time position requiring availability five days a week, including Saturdays, with appointments often scheduled for late afternoons and evenings across the Houston metro area.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales Experience
  • Home Improvement Related Sales Experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Must be trainable and coachable
  • Comfortable using computers and technology
  • Good organization and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Take appointments with homeowners to discuss their cabinetry needs.
  • Provide solutions to homeowners' problems regarding custom cabinetry.
  • Utilize company-generated leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage leads and sales using a leading CRM platform.
  • Continue personal and professional development through the online university provided by the company.
