About The Position

Looking for a new opportunity in the cabinet industry? Join our team as a Special Cutter and help us create high-quality, custom, and semi-custom cabinets for our customers. This position requires a skilled hand and a sharp eye for detail to deliver precise, accurate cuts using our state-of-the-art tools and equipment. If you have experience in the industry, that's a bonus—but we'll also provide job-specific training to help you succeed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Computer fluency
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend and twist over the course of a shift
• Fluency with tape measure
• Strong communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the cabinet industry.

Responsibilities

• Cut finished and specialized panels.
• Detect malfunctions, inspect parts, adjust controls, and replace blades as needed.
• Prepare machines for production; clean and maintain equipment, tooling, and parts.
• Rotate through operation of other cutting department machines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
