About The Position

Kitchen Tune-Up of Orange is growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete kitchen remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career. This is a hands-on position and the ability to safely operate power hand tools is helpful. Training is provided for the completion of cabinet redooring, refacing, and kitchen remodeling projects. Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Excellent in Assembling and installation of cabinets
Ability of cabinet modification and customization
Able to drill for hinges
Able to install doors and drawer fronts
Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
Stellar work ethic
Strong trim carpentry skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Able to cut and install moldings and trim, including crown molding

Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Prior experience in painting cabinets.
Prior experience in cabinet resurfacing.
Prior experience in wood restoration.
Prior experience in installing flooring (wood, LVT and/or Tile).
Prior experience in installing tile backsplash.

Responsibilities

Arrive to the job site on time in a logoed shirt and appropriate work clothing.
Follow instructions given by the project manager.
Follow Kitchen Tune-Up’s customer service Trustpoints on every project and job site.
Keep work area clean and orderly, and clean up daily.
Communicate with the project manager daily about the progress.
Prepare job site for projects and break down and clean up when complete.
Perform demo of existing kitchens as jobs require.
Perform cabinet modifications and installations.
Perform door, panel, drawer, and hardware installations.
Perform cabinet storage solution installations.
Measure, cut, and install veneer and moldings (ISC, OSC, toe kick, baseboards, casings, crown, etc.).
Work quickly and efficiently.
Work well as part of a team.
Respect customers and their homes.
