About The Position

Kitchen Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete kitchen remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career-minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work safely while protecting each customer's home.

Nice To Haves

• Some trim carpentry or cabinet installation experience is preferred.
• For more junior candidates, please ensure familarity with standard tools of the trade, including sanders, routers, and table saws.

Responsibilities

• Support KTU's core services, including cabinet installation, refacing, redooring, cabinet painting, and the original Tune-Up. We do not expect all employees to support all services, or have initial experience in these, but continuous learning is part of our culture.
• Maintain a friendly and collaborative relationship with customers.
• Communicate with the team regarding progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently, but without cutting corners.

• Compensation: Depends on experience, but general range is $25-35/hr with overtime available for 40+ hr/week or for overtime.
