About The Position

Rodgers Wade is looking for Cabinet/Hardware Assemblers to join our team in Paris, Texas! Are you experienced in construction or assembly? Can you work with your hands, follow blueprints, and use power tools confidently? This position is for the 2nd shift, from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with some Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in construction or assembly work
• Comfort using tools and working with wood or laminates
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Ability to use the following tools: router, miter saw, power drill/impact, tape measure
• Construction or assembly experience
• Ability to read drawings to construct unit
