Requirements
- Previous experience in painting or finishing.
- Strong attention to detail and color matching skills.
- Ability to operate airless and HVLP sprayers.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tools, paint, and surfaces for finishing.
- Apply solvent and water-based finishes to wood and metal fixtures.
- Mix, blend, and match finishes to customer specifications.
- Maintain and care for finishing equipment and tools.
