About The Position
Tharp Custom Cabinetry is a family-owned business that has been a leader in custom cabinet manufacturing for over 50 years. Located in Loveland, Colorado, we pride ourselves on creating dream spaces through superior customer experiences. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is dedicated to continuous improvement, focusing on our employees, customers, and processes to deliver the best quality and lead time in the industry. The Cabinet Finisher/Painter plays a crucial role in our production team, specializing in the final finishing and painting of high-end custom cabinets. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, as the finisher is responsible for applying high-quality finishes in a timely manner. The role involves preparing surfaces properly, understanding and prioritizing workload, and adapting to changing deadlines. Strong work ethics and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are essential for success in this position. The production shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime available every day. The Cabinet Finisher/Painter will engage with team members and technical advisors to ensure safe and correct methods are used throughout the finishing process. This position also requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, developing skills and proficiency in assigned tasks, and adhering to Tharp's quality requirements.
