About The Position

Walls to Finishes is a fast-growing interior finishes and construction company located in Prescott, Arizona. We take pride in our reputation for exceeding industry standards when it comes to designing, supplying, and installing high quality materials in residential and commercial locations in all of Arizona. An experienced Cabinet Field Technician on our incredible Northern Arizona team would ensure completion of duties including but not limited to: Performing punch work and repairs for our installed cabinetry product in new home subdivisions. Overseeing directed activities related to cabinetry projects at construction site. Coordinating with builders, homeowners and contractor teams to meet deadlines. Performing quality control inspections of materials and installations. Following and enforcing safety protocols. Occasionally operating company equipment or vehicles as advised by manager. Identifying and resolving on-site project risks or issues that are cost-effective and efficient. Executing cabinet adjustments/touch ups as needed. Providing project status updates and reports to management as requested utilizing technology as advised by manager.

Requirements

  • Cabinetry experience required.
  • Provide top-notch customer service when working with internal and external clients.
  • Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
  • Capable of thinking quickly, critically and acting with integrity.
  • Ability to plan and execute duties independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented for accurate data entry.
  • Time management to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and electronically.
