As a Field Service Manager at Wisenbaker, you will take pride in your cabinet craftsmanship, ensuring that your skills and attention to detail are recognized and valued. Your role will involve delivering flawless adjustments, solving problems in the field, and making new homeowners smile with their new kitchens. You will be trusted to read cabinet layouts, measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories, and install, adjust, and repair cabinetry, including trim, moldings, and finishes. You will also be responsible for walking and grading homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs, and communicating clearly with builders and internal teams regarding work status and timelines. Additionally, you will train new technicians and guide apprentices to become field-ready.
