Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Experience in construction or general labor preferred
• Skilled in both verbal and written communication
• Ability to use a smartphone to access addresses, instructions, and complete checklists
• Is a self-starter and a quick learner
• Has excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• 1-year experience in construction preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly, safely and efficiently
• Escalate customer and/or client issues to the lead installer or project manager onsite
• Perform other duties as assigned
