Doughnuts are provided every Monday for the weekly meeting with free lunch Friday for all employees all summer. KIT offers a competitive starting wage of $21-$23 or higher DOE, a $1,000 tax-free sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment, and a $1,000 tax-free referral bonus; referral must be employed for at least 91 days. Health, dental, and vision insurance are offered after 60 days after the first of the month from the start date.
