The RV Cabinet Maker is responsible for producing quality custom cabinetry in a timely manner and operating all traditional classical woodworking machinery safely and competently. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of laminate cabinetry experience
• Previous experience reading and interpreting design drawings and production documents
• Use of power tools such as: band saws, sanders, foam and upholstery material cutting knives etc.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

• Solid surface countertop experience
• Previous experience with RVs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Guest, Project Designers, and the Production Team to make design decisions and transform the Guest’s vision into reality in their Airstream travel trailer
• Build custom cabinetry in units according to specifications
• Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met
• Use all basic hand tools safely and competently
• Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on woodworking tools and machinery
• Efficient use of a sliding table saw as well as standard table saws
• Operate an edge bander, drill press, band saw, router table, etc.
• Read and interpret design drawings and production documents
• Cut and assemble custom cabinetry, install door and drawer fronts, and mill and sand custom molding packages
• May cross train to perform other duties
