About The Position

Staffmark has a full-time opportunity for a Cabinet Assembler. Get on board immediately with our premier client and get your career moving. What You'll Do Assemble cabinets and casework per blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment Inspect parts for proper fit and quality throughout the build process Install hardware, sand surfaces, apply edge banding, and perform finishing tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with production leads and team members to meet deadlines Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements What You Bring High school diploma or GED preferred Prior experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or similar assembly work strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Skilled with hand and power tools (drills, nail guns, screw guns, etc.) Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Bonus Skills (Not required - we're willing to train the right candidate) Experience with CNC or edge banding equipment Knowledge of wood types, cabinetry materials, and finishes Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S practices

Requirements
