Cooperworks Cabinet Maker Duties/Responsibilities: The ability to read cabinet shop drawings. Experience on the table saw, miter saw, and hand-held routers. Gathering the parts of each cabinet and assembling with it being square and side panels flush top and bottom using dadoe methods and dowel methods. Build drawers and have some basic Knowledge of various drawer slides and how to mount them to a drawer and a cabinet. Inspect the cabinet assembly before moving off the assembly bench. The cabinet should meet the requirements on the shop drawings.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Cabinet Maker, any pictures of completed projects would be helpful.
Good arithmetic skills.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Attention to detail.
The capacity to lift up to 75 pounds.
Read a tape measure accurately and work in fractions.

Responsibilities

The ability to read cabinet shop drawings.
Gathering the parts of each cabinet and assembling with it being square and side panels flush top and bottom using dadoe methods and dowel methods.
Build drawers and have some basic Knowledge of various drawer slides and how to mount them to a drawer and a cabinet.
Inspect the cabinet assembly before moving off the assembly bench.
The cabinet should meet the requirements on the shop drawings.
Build laminate and solid surface countertops as per plans and best practices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
