Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft with amenities, catering, and special requests.
• Ensure all amenities are fresh, and the aircraft is clean and ready for departure.
• Learn owner food preferences, needs, and allergies.
• Shop and stock the aircraft with owner and charter preferences, switching out items as needed.
• Inventory the aircraft regularly to maintain quality and consistency.
• Provide trip information via automated inflight survey upon flight completion.
• Follow up on any issues that may arise through wear and tear of the aircraft with the PIC or appropriate department.
• Safely offload and on-load all aircraft items during regular maintenance events.
• Set up aircraft for showings for potential charter clients.
• Maintain a flexible schedule around the owners' flying needs.
