About The Position

The Flagship Ambassador serves as a key quality leader within aircraft cleaning operations, with a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and security compliance, particularly on premium Flagship and widebody aircraft. This role plays a critical part in delivering a first-class experience by ensuring aircraft meet and exceed airline and regulatory standards before departure. Must have previous janitorial experience, preferably in aviation. Previous experience in a leadership role. Day shift, weekly pay.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to lead by example and coach in a fast-paced, live operational environment
• Clear communication and teamwork with agents, leads, and management
• Commitment to safety, security, and delivering a premium customer-ready product
• Previous janitorial experience, preferably in aviation
• Previous experience in a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time quality audits during aircraft cleaning operations
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to agents and leads to ensure adherence to BOW standards
• Verify critical areas including premium cabins, tray tables, lavatories, galleys, and under-seat compartments
• Ensure proper completion of security searches, including seal placement (e.g., life vest compartments)
• Identify and correct deficiencies prior to aircraft departure to prevent callbacks or audit failures
• Partner with leadership to reinforce standards, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Support high-priority flights, including international and flagship operations, during peak windows
