The Cabin Agent Lead serves as the primary point of contact between frontline cabin agents, operations management, and airline partners during assigned shifts. In addition to performing cabin cleaning duties as needed, the Lead supports workforce coordination, task assignments, quality inspections, training reinforcement, and real-time problem resolution to maintain operational continuity in a fast-paced airport environment. Key Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: Conduct daily debriefing with team members to ensure productivity and compliance Leads Cabin Cleaning team to perform their work in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT, ADA, ACAA, FAA, and other government agencies, as well as Airline and OALS policies and procedures Promote an environment of mutual respect and trust between team members Coach and mentor team members in skill development, exceeding customer experience, and company culture, behaviors, policies, and procedures Establish and promote effective relationships with an external and internal customer base that fosters integrity, respect, and dignity Lift and carry cleaning equipment, cleaning trays, and cases of supplies to service the aircraft Conduct interior searches and security inspections of aircraft in compliance with TSA, FAA, and company requirements. Perform detailed cabin cleaning, including: Wiping tray tables, windows, and armrests Vacuuming carpets and seating areas Mopping galley floors Cleaning lavatories and emptying receptacles Remove all trash and dispose of it in designated containers. Restock food, beverages, magazines, pillows, blankets, and other cabin supplies according to airline specifications. Conduct visual sweeps of aircraft to ensure no items are left behind; report and return lost items to the proper authority. Load supplies onto service trucks, return unused items to storage, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the supply room.. Monitor and maintain supply inventory to support continuous operations. Provide professional and courteous service to crew members, flight attendants, and passengers when approached. Arrive punctually to assigned shifts and workstations to support on-time departures.
