About The Position

FUNCTION : Responsible for the setting up and preparation of all Cabanas and Premium Seating in the Waterpark as well as back of the house service areas. Will assist with setting up the private banquet area, the service of food and beverages to customers, collecting money, attending all Waterpark Food and Beverage meetings on a monthly basis and general cleaning up of the Cabanas, Premium Seating, and back of the house service areas, gives prompt and professional service to guests. Will help other departments when needed.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Must have at least 12 months of serving experience
• Ability to stand and walk continually
• Ability to lift trays and other containers of moderate weights up to 50 #; according to training procedures
• Ability to work different schedules and attend monthly and corporate meetings
