JOB SUMMARY As a Sanitation team member, this person is responsible for properly cleaning and sanitizing the facility, warehouse, and production areas in accordance with strict food safety standards. Regular tasks may also include properly cleaning parts, equipment, conveyors, production line equipment, and various other areas of the building. Uses cleaning materials as instructed and in accordance with best food safety practices. This is an evening shift. Ensure maximum efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of legislative, compliance, and meeting company specifications. Provides direction, training, and motivation to team members, using recognition, constructive feedback, and other rewards with appropriate discretion in a continuous improvement environment. Follows all health and safety standards and enforces the use of PPEs. Ensures the use of machinery, chemicals, and tools are used in accordance with company policies and are properly documented.
