This role is vital in the restaurant because you'll lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant, including but not limited to food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work. You will proactively lead and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and training. Additionally, you will oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering, and ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence. Teamwork is key, and you will partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining a fun work environment.
