About The Position

ABM is looking for a CA Certified Journeyman Electrician who will perform skilled inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation of Electrical systems and related equipment. The pay for this position ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, with specific offers varying based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid California driver's license is a requirement for this job.
• Active CA General Electrician License required.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments.
• Leads, guides, and/or trains other electricians in applicable procedures and techniques.
• Repairs and maintains motor control centers and programmable logic controls (480 volt and below).
• Plans for electrical secondary system additions or modifications.
• May perform work of lower-level electricians.
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• Reads, employs, and updates electrical panel schedules.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
