About The Position

The C5 Technical SME will develop solution architecture (SA) and resolve complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support, and project supervision. The role involves applying leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contributing to the development of new principles and concepts. The individual will work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions, operating with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Additionally, the SME will mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing C5 projects, including areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, mobile IT, cloud computing, biometrics, virtual networking, software application integration, big data, and cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams on C5 projects resulting in the deployment and fielding of new capabilities.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience collaborating with DoD and governmental organizations at senior levels.
• Knowledge of DoD IA regulations, standards, guidelines, and RMF applicable to communication activities and DoD acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Agile Certification such as Scrum Alliance, Project Management Institute, or ICAgile Certification.
