Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical computer network target development/analysis in support of cyberoperations
  • Familiarity with modern network topologies/architecture components (data centers, telecommunications and fiber optic backbones, software and hardware supply chain, etc.)
  • Ability to identify critical C4ISR network nodes and vulnerabilities
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph #QinetiqClearedJob
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in computer engineering, software engineering, or digital engineering
  • Knowledge of cyberspace operations strategy, policy, and concepts
  • CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certifications
  • Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
  • Ability to provide shift work support
  • Ability to accept a 6 or 12-month rotation to another team and facility

Responsibilities

  • Provides foundational / operational C4I and telecommunications intelligence support to assist the Government in providing functional oversight for DIA’s C4I / MIDB / MARS Management.
  • Expand current MIDB/MARS data records to reflect the world’s telecommunications and C4I installations and facilities; use all source analysis to discover infrastructure, and create corresponding records within MIDB/MARS.
