The Tier I Help Desk position is a full-time, non-exempt role located at Camp Pendleton, CA. This position requires an active security clearance and involves being the first point of contact for support requests within the 24/7 Tier 1 service desk at the Support Center. Tier 1 Analysts will handle calls, emails, messages, and web requests from Fleet Marine Forces and other DoD Agencies, helping to ascertain the nature of the request and attempting to resolve these requests using knowledge resources or escalating them to other internal or external organizations. The role is crucial in delivering a professional and effective support center capability, ensuring high-quality communication with customers at all levels, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
