About The Position

The C4ISR Test Subject Matter Expert (SME) at HX5, LLC is responsible for advising and assisting in the development and implementation of test and evaluation (T&E) projects for C4ISR weapons systems. This role involves supporting various evaluations, assessments, and demonstrations related to military operations and systems, ensuring effective testing methodologies and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a C4ISR SME required.
• Three (3) years of experience as an operational tester is desired.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to hire.
• Ability to obtain a US Top Secret/SCI SSBI within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist in the development and implementation of T&E projects for C4ISR weapons systems.
• Support the development and implementation of special projects conducted by the 605 TES.
• Assist in test concept, design, methodology development, planning, execution, and data analysis.
• Develop and produce draft test plans and reports for Government approval on C4ISR systems.
• Support T&E of C4ISR architectures and systems across various operational missions.
• Update RMT for respective programs and assist in developing operational test support requests.
• Participate in working groups, technical reviews, and mission-related activities.
• Facilitate T&E support by attending system-specific training and maintaining qualifications.
• Review acquisition support activities and assist in developing key documentation.
