This paid, part-time Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. Join the Guest Services team at C3 Presents to be involved with and learn about what it takes to ensure patrons at our festivals have the most unforgettable experiences. Guest Services Production consists of working through the physical and practical elements of the time leading up to and day-of needs at the Festival site. You will be supporting our teams who work across the Festival site: from greeting patrons as they arrive, being a nexus of information, or progressing C3's sustainability initiatives with Rock & Recycle, Guest Services works across a large swath of the Festival's operations. In this role one can expect to learn about operational planning, inventory management, digital customer support, and then see all of that work culminate with an onsite active role at Austin City Limits in Austin, TX.
