About The Position

Torch Technologies is seeking a highly talented Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Analyst to provide engineering and technical analysis in support of new missile defense capabilities. This role focuses on countermeasure mitigation, object discrimination, lethal object identification, and electronic protection. This is a highly technical position requiring significant analytical experience. As a C2BMC Principal Systems Analyst your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Facilitate communication between users and developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and addressed. Support continuous process improvement, innovation initiatives, business analytics, and operational effectiveness. Assist in defining program vision, execution plans, mission priorities, technology gaps, and potential solution strategies. Develop and execute improvement programs aligned with C2BMC objectives. Oversee IT infrastructure and facility upgrade projects. Coordinate C3BM schedules with internal and external teams, integrate project data, make recommendations, and secure necessary approvals. Evaluate technical interfaces and identify interoperability issues across MDA/BC and other Missile Defense System elements. Participate in development, integration, testing, deficiency review, adjudication, and verification of current and future C2BMC spirals. Assess the readiness of the C2BMC System Support Center (CSSC) for operational events and planning. Support CSSC operations during real-world missions, tests, and training events. Assist with personnel accountability processes for exercises and real-world activities. Coordinate scheduling for maintenance and project activities requiring access to BNOSC-controlled areas. Manage and coordinate BNOSC access for non-permanent personnel, including facilities staff and VIP visitors. Support BNOSC and quadrant operations cabling infrastructure activities. Review and assess concept documentation, integration plans, gap analyses, supportability/sustainability data, cybersecurity policies, network operations TTPs, and certification processes.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Master’s Degree in a related field, 8+ years of related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 10+ years of related experience
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience supporting IT enterprise infrastructure deployment and sustainment projects.
  • Strong understanding of requirements review and design review processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
  • Degree in a STEM or other technical discipline.
  • Experience working within Special Access Programs (SAP).
