About The Position

As a DevSecOps Engineer for the C2BMC Program, you’ll be a key member of a cross‑functional engineering team responsible for designing, automating, securing, and maintaining the configuration baselines that enable reliable, mission‑critical missile defense operations. You will drive Infrastructure‑as‑Code, STIG automation, and end‑to‑end system provisioning pipelines that ensure C2BMC systems remain secure, compliant, and deployable at scale. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands‑on experience automating DoD STIG hardening using Ansible, Python, or similar tools
  • Building and operating CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning and compliance checks
  • Developing Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Packer, or cloud‑based secret management tools
  • Creative thinker with a track record of leading secure automation across the systems lifecycle
  • Collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and position others for success
  • Thorough knowledge of technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements
  • Skilled communicator with a knack for translating technical complexity into actionable solutions
