About The Position

Provides the operational expertise necessary to support our personnel, execute technical contract tasks and provide professional interaction with our Government Customer. This position is the first line supervisor of the other C4PS personnel working the MCTSSA contract at MARFORRES. This role provides administrative supervision, training management, operational reports and interfaces with the home office in Blythe, Georgia on behalf of the C4PS team at MARFORRES. Will work cross-functionally with several departments and those who are performing work at the Government Customers’ sites. Position will be required to travel at the Government Customer’s request. Travel is expected up to 25%. Provides leadership as well as supervision - fosters ‘loyalty downward’; cultivate subordinates; assume responsibility for their actions (positive and negative) and see that they receive all credit due them. Enforces accountability, personal conduct, and policies and procedures (in concert with C4PS Executive Management) of C4 personnel onsite located at MARFORRES. Provides remote and onsite advanced C4I systems expertise support to the Fleet Marine Force. Provides discipline-wide knowledge and expertise that spans multiple systems across many official programs of record. Provides knowledge and expertise regarding information exchange requirements between multiple systems in specified information flows required by the Warfighter Functions. Serves as the link between the OFSD Government personnel and the C4I Systems Analysts to ensure that Tier 0-2 support capabilities are maintained at the level required by the Fleet Marine Force. Requirements

  • Position requires active security clearance

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with several departments and prioritize tasks as needed
  • TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR POSITION - Must be able to obtain or possess a valid US Passport and by physically qualified to support miliary exercises and contingency operations.
  • Experience supporting Marine Corps C4I systems and equipment.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a team of 5 - 10 personnel.
  • Willing to work in a 24x7x365 secured environment, demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills, and allow for flexible scheduling.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred, but not required
  • Direct participation in real-world operations is desired.
