About The Position

You will be the C130J Flight line Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for leading flight and delivery operations on the C‑130 program. What You Will Be Doing As the C130J Flight line Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for driving staffing, cost, schedule, and quality performance while fostering a culture of accountability across all shifts. Your responsibilities will include: Manage Flight Line team staffing, cost, schedule, and quality metrics to meet program objectives. Apply accountability tools and concepts to ensure clear communication and seamless handoffs between shifts. Implement and champion the Aircraft Manufacturing System (AMS), motivating the team to adopt best practices. Prepare and deliver briefings to multiple levels of internal leadership and the customer on program status. Demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and embed a culture of accountability throughout the program. Requirements

  • Flight line production experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and forecasting maintenance.
  • 10 or more years of leadership.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

  • C 130 background or experience
  • Fighter background ie. F15's, F16's, F22 or F35s.
