About The Position

The Field Service Representative position serves as the primary point of contact/liaison between the company and customers throughout the installation process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. This role is responsible for conducting site surveys, completing checklists, and identifying optimal locations for equipment placement to achieve the best performance and efficiency. The Field Service Representative also recommends any necessary capital improvements or site modifications to support successful installation. In addition, this position oversees the setup and installation of equipment, ensuring all components are properly configured and tested for full functionality. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential for effectively coordinating with customers and delivering reliable, high-quality installations.

Requirements

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Computer savvy (ability to load updates/patches).
• Ability to lift 50+lbs and climb ladders.
• Ability to travel (CONUS and OCONUS) approximately 50%.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and hold a CAC card (as needed).

Nice To Haves

• Must have very Good customer/interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain an FAA part 107 Commercial Drone License (not mandatory).
