About The Position

Under the supervision of CT technologists, the CT Aide will assist in patient care, clerical & transport duties. They will also perform other assigned duties for which they have been specifically trained.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Acceptance to accredited radiology program preferred.
• Must successfullypleteputer training.
• Knowledge of some medical and technical terminology and hospital policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Ability to perform sustained walking, standing and sitting.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Varied working hours and shifts.
• Will encounter exposure to infectious diseases and ionizing radiation.
