About The Position

As a Cashier, you are the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest has a positive shopping experience. We are looking for a friendly, dependable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused,municates effectively, and performs well under pressure. A positive attitude, teamwork, and a strongmitment to service are essential for success in this role. Candidates must be able to multitask, stayposed in fast-paced environments, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Customer service, retail sales and handling point of sale transactions w you greet customers and help them have a pleasant shopping experience are key to the role.

Requirements

• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once.

• Excellentmunication skills.
• Previous POS experience, retail sales, gas station attendant or customer service is a plus.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.
• Work Cards required for jurisdiction must be provided prior to the start date.
• Valid Health Card
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read andmunicate verbally in English. Writtenmunication skills in in English may also be required.
• Ability to monsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Standing for long periods of time
• The ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• The ability to stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach and type without assistance from others.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet all of our customers.
• Responsible for the appearance of store. Ensure that it is clean, neat,anized and provides a positive shopping experience for all.
• Responsible for accurate point of sale (POS) customer transactions.
• Responsible for the stocking and cleaning of the store.
• Maintain the cleanliness and management of the gas pumps and outside appearance of the store.
• Provide support to team members and promote a positive team environment.
