About The Position

Under direct supervision of the C-Store Supervisor. Provides excellent customer service for all internal and external customers. Sells and services customers by utilizing knowledge of company products.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Six months of cash handling or customer service experience.
Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
Required to maintain a valid Driver's License.
Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States.
Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos.
Applicants must be able to perform all essential functions of job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch while performing duties.
Use of hands to finger, handle, and feel.
Use of hands and arms to reach and grab.
Occasional requirement to lift or move upwards of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Processes retail sales and cash register transactions.
Restocks shelves and maintains merchandise and visual display standards, ensuring a neat, clean and organized store at all times.
Greets guests with a positive and friendly manner.
Sells merchandise, suggests selections that meet the customer's needs, advises customers on merchandise price and features.
Operates cash register to conduct sales transactions, handles cash and makes change as requires.
Displays merchandise in accordance with Hotel policies and procedures.
Ensures that stock levels are maintained and displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Performs general floor maintenance and housekeeping.
Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
Other duties as assigned.
