About The Position

The Convenience Store Associate will ensure proper and efficient store operations during the assigned shift to support the achievement of the site’s business goals.

Requirements

• Must possess ability to physically perform duties required to accomplish job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank every customer.
• Assist with established daily operating procedures to ensure interior and exterior of the site is in accordance with NuWay-K&H Cooperative brand and image standards.
• Assist with ensuring all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly and displayed in a safe manner.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative’s brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management.
• Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.
• Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.
