C-Store Associate
About The Position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assist customers and conduct sales transactions. Price and display merchandise. Assist with inventory as needed. Open C-Store and check cash drawer. Close out cash at end of shift, and return sales to vault. Advise C-Store Manager regarding customer requests. Clean fountain equipment, tables, bathroom and all customer areas. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. QualificationsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Previous cash handling experience required. Previous retail sales experience preferred. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of sales procedures. Knowledge of add-on sales. Detail-oriented. Math aptitude. UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures. Regular attendance and punctuality. Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required. Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Mobility throughout the facility. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Able to lift 20 pounds.
