What we are looking for: Pivotal Consulting is seeking a skilled and motivated C# Developer with Python experience to join our consulting team supporting one of the world’s leading technology companies. This role involves developing, enhancing, and optimizing enterprise-level applications that support large-scale business operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that balance performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional experience in C#/.NET development.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Python scripting or backend development.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of data storage systems (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or similar).
Familiarity with DevOps principles and automation tools.
Previous experience consulting or working with large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy software components using C#, .NET Core, and Python.
Integrate APIs and data services across cloud and on-premises environments.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
Troubleshoot complex issues and implement robust, maintainable solutions.
Translate business requirements into efficient, effective technical implementations.
Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams in an agile environment.
Contribute to process improvement, automation, and technical documentation.
