About The Position

The Utility associate will be responsible for the set up of the building area departments. This will include any visual set up’s, 5’s stations, that may require assembly of office furniture or work stations along with housekeeping duties. This will include a variety of duties from cleaning the restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and areas. This might also, but not limited to, apprenticeship to the Facility Supervisor or Facility Techs, basic handy fixtures, and empty recyclable bins.

Requirements

• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience in maintaining a consistent process to ensure areas meet company standards.
• Basic understanding of certain equipment (scrubber, leaf blower).
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Safety training and LOTO familiarization.
• Safety shoes and mask.

Nice To Haves

• College courses completed.
• IT certifications would be helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Set up building area departments including visual setups and 5's stations.
• Assemble office furniture or work stations as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and offices.
• Walk around the building to ensure cleanliness of offices and departments.
• Empty breakroom trash and recycling bins.
• Conduct daily restroom checks and maintain breakroom cleanliness.
