About The Position

Fri- Sat- Sun- Day Shift CNC Machinist for Gaishin Manufacturing Benton Harbor Facility: Our Fri- Sat- Sun- Day Shift works Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. This is a 36 hour work week, that if completed, will earn you 40 hours of pay! We are looking for candidates that are looking for a long-term career at a company that values and supports their employees. A successful machinist/operator within our organization will accurately and efficiently use multi-axis CNC machines to produce quality parts, troubleshoot, set-up or process issues quickly, maintain equipment, and keep all production areas clean and organized. Requirements

Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and awesome communication & interpersonal skills.
Dependable individual with an excellent work ethic and the ability to stand/walk during the entire shift.
Must be willing to learn and have the ability to be coached.
Min. 2 years of any CNC operation
Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools, calipers and micrometers, etc.
Understanding of production procedures.
Experience in geometric tolerancing along with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals as well as GD&T.
