About The Position

Accuracy Control Associates at TJX Companies are responsible for ensuring that operational processes are effectively inspected and merchandise quality checked from a financial and control perspective. They also ensure that all merchandise movement adheres to company standard operating procedures and best practices. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of merchandise handling and financial controls within the company's operations, which include various retail brands like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Homegoods, Homesense, Sierra, Winners, and TK Maxx, across global Home Offices, Distribution Centers, and Retail Stores. Requirements

Basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping
Have working knowledge of Manhattan
PC literate (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to operate RF equipment where needed
Ability to multi-task
Ability to climb stairs and / or walk/ stand consistently throughout the day
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Detail oriented and accurate reporting
Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
Heavy lifting up to 75 pounds
No corrective actions on file
Must have good attendance record

Responsibilities

Compiles and maintains quality reports of all audits made for receiving, put-a-ways, profile, replenishments, picking, packing and returns.
Ensures that company standard operating procedures ae followed.
Ensures merchandise shipped to our customers meets our requirements.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
Notifies Operations Supervisor or Area Operations Manager of any incorrect or damaged merchandise issues.
Notifies supervisor or Area Operations Manager of any unsafe storage issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
