Talan is looking for an experienced C#/.NET Developer to join the Post-Trade Global Market IT team of one of our leading Corporate & Investment Banking clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with trading desks to design, enhance, and support real-time tools across Macro/Commodities, Equity Solutions, and Credit businesses. The projects span both local initiatives and global programs in partnership with the firm’s headquarters in Europe and Asia.

Take ownership of internal development work that integrates or extends vendor software used in post-trade equity back-office processes.
Ensure high-quality deliverables by following established best practices in development and testing.
Maintain and enhance technical documentation to support ongoing development and system understanding.
Manage the preparation, delivery, and tracking of platform releases, coordinating closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth rollouts.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or a closely related discipline.
Solid background in designing and building software applications.
Develop and maintain internal tools and solutions supporting equity back-office operations.
Hands-on experience working with .NET and C# to build and enhance equity-focused systems.
Strong understanding of software development across various operating systems and platforms.
5–9 years of professional experience in application development.
Familiarity with U.S. broker-dealer platforms such as Broadridge Shadow, BPS, IMPACT, or FIS Phase 3.
Ability to handle multiple initiatives at once and deliver on tight timelines.

The salary range for this role is US$100,000 - US$140,000
