Requirements
- Active State CNA License: A must-have!
- Compassion & Patience: You genuinely care and can handle challenging situations with grace.
- Team Player: You collaborate effectively and contribute positively to our team culture.
- Strong Communication: You can clearly speak, read, and write in English.
- Physical Stamina: Able to move, lift (up to 25 lbs regularly), and assist residents throughout your shift.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and respond to emergency call-backs.
