About The Position
Providing direct care and assistance to patients in a short term rehab facility. Communicates with nursing staff and care team, effectively both verbally and in writing. Prepares patients for therapy services, appointments and meals. Assists with ADL's Takes vitals and records them according to protocol. Answers call lights and assists patients in a timely manner. Performs charting duties as required and in accordance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid C N A certification
- Background check will be completed prior to hire.
