About The Position

The Nurse Manager is responsible for directing, organizing, and supervising nursing staff while coordinating nursing services to ensure high-quality, effective client care. This role provides leadership, ensures compliance with quality standards, and supports a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health or a related field
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster positive working relationships

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and supervise nursing staff to ensure effective client care
• Assess client health problems and care needs
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to unit staff
• Ensure staff are properly trained and compliant with policies and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate client care quality and outcomes
• Apply evidence-based healthcare practices and behavioral health standards
• Review client and staff data to assess the effectiveness of care delivery
