About The Position

Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics company as an Aircraft Field Support Engineer (FSE) on our Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) team! This position will support the C-130J Program at Hindan/Arjan Singh, India. The preferred candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Avionics Systems and Airframe Powerplants and General (APG). The candidate will act as part of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) technical interface to the India on-site Customer (both Operations and Maintenance) in resolving issues arising from maintenance and modification activities for all matters dealing with the C-130 aircraft. Must be a United States Citizen.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience serving as a C-130 systems specialist.
• C-130 Vehicle Systems and/or Avionics-Mission Systems experience.
• Technical writing skills.
• Training experience (formal or informal).
• Extensive background in drawing/schematic reading and interpretation.
• Fault isolation and problem analysis experience at the sub-system level.
• Must possess a valid US passport.

Nice To Haves

• 10 years experience serving as a C-130J systems specialist.
• Currently a FSE supporting AFS Onsite Customer.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
• Experience in US Armed Forces operations.
• International customer experience is a plus.
• Contributed to Development of training material.
• Experience as a Multifunctional Field Systems.

Responsibilities
