The C-12/ King Air Army Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor/ Operations Manager will manage a team of C-12 A&P Mechanics who perform organizational level maintenance on Army C-12 / King Air (200/350/1900) aircraft. A valid (FAA) A&P Certificate is Required. Extensive background and experience in Army Fixed Wing Aviation Maintenance, specifically Army C-12 / King Air (200,350,1900) aircraft maintenance, A minimum of two (2) years of Aviation Maintenance supervisory experience is Required. US Citizenship is Required to obtain the US Govt Secret Security Clearance, and for facility and base access. Plans and coordinates all aircraft inspections (special, conditional, phase, etc.), and monitors and maintains documents of all aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Dispatch and monitor all assigned tasks and associated jobs to work centers. Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure Aircraft are available to meet the Flight Schedule. Assist in the documentation of aircraft flight time and maintenance discrepancies. Monitor the Amentum/MRO system to report all work performed; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in support of aircraft long range maintenance requirements. Responsible for tracking, documenting Aircraft Maintenance, including scheduled, unscheduled, TBO’s, SB, S.I. L’s, A.D.’s, and maintains aircraft historical records, and other aircraft files in support of aircraft maintenance. In-depth knowledge and understanding of Army Aviation Regulations, Policies and Procedures; enforcing compliance with all current sections of the Army Regulation (AR) 95-20, FAA Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to aircraft maintenance. Verifies Maintenance Action Documentation prior to submission to the US Army, while working closely with Program Regional Managers, Logistics and CLS Transport PMO, to ensure timely submission of required data. Will train site employees in proper work methods, following the GOP, and performance of their job duties. Develops and monitors compliance of the program comprehensive Master Training Plan (MTP) database, ensuring all site personnel understand GOP procedures and ensure they are followed. (Ensure technical data is being used and available). Review Quality Management System (QMS) - QT9 and make sure the sites can navigate to QT9 and find documents in QT9. Review AMRO for aircraft status, calibrations, training, assembly trees, logistics orders, etc. Ensure LGOP (Local General Operating Procedures) are performed and align with GOP procedures for local requirements. Review and submit NRT requests IAW the PWS. Monitor all required maintenance has been performed before flights. Performs other qualified and related duties as assigned and requested.
