About The Position
The BY Plus Employment Navigator will work directly with graduates of the BY Training Program to help them overcome barriers to employment and transition into full-time roles within the construction industry. This position involves building relationships with participants, assessing their work readiness, and providing coaching and guidance to ensure successful job placement and retention.
