Duties include purchasing of all maintenance, repair & operating supplies for the organization. Responsibilities include the purchasing of all items in accordance with the approved purchasing policies & procedure manual. Negotiation of pricing contracts with vendors to obtain best offer available within time constraints of the requirements. Establish a matrix of core suppliers for key commodities & track their competitiveness.
