Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in purchasing buying and/or planning
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, related field or equivalent combined education and work experience
Intermediate skills in MS Office, experience working with MRP/ERP database systems

Responsibilities

Identify qualified suppliers issues with RFQs and evaluate supplier reliability
Procure items, optimize price, delivery and terms
Monitor supplier performance
Develop/build relationships with suppliers
Negotiate price, terms, quality, delivery and replenishment strategy, material flow
Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information in the ERP
Participates and contributes to monthly Sales and Operation Planning process
Coordinates inventory planning and replenishments of material
