About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Buyer/Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our in-stock remains strong, margins are healthy, and relationships with our brand partners are over the top. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and be actively ordering and analyzing your stock levels/merchandise. Your expertise in sourcing and contract negotiation will be crucial in maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting the overall operational goals of the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a buying or planning role
• Strong skills in merchandise analysis
• Experience in buying, supplier relationships, retail math
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
